  • exclude products that contribute to increased secretion of pancreatic juice (rich meat and fish broths, boiled cabbage);
  • reduce the amount of fat in the diet to 70-80 g;
  • cook food only in a mechanically clean way with a cloth;

  • fasting should not exceed two days.

  • Before bed: fruit jelly with xylitol.

The weight of each plate is 130-150 g. Milk tea can be replaced with rosehip decoction.
